Frequency Science
A look at sound, resonance, and vibration through an established-to-speculative lens — separating what physics and biology actually support from what's still theory or metaphor.
We use a tiered confidence framing, the same one behind the HD × Biology page: ESTABLISHED findings from acoustics and neuroscience (cymatics patterns, binaural beats' effects on attention, entrainment in circadian rhythms), EMERGING research with early but incomplete evidence (vibroacoustic therapy, specific frequency effects on mood), and SPECULATIVE ideas drawn from tradition and metaphor (chakra frequencies, "solfeggio" tuning claims) that we present as interpretive tools, not verified science.
Coming soon — the full tiered breakdown is in progress.
Resonance is real. Not every claim about it is.
