STELLAVORTA offers digital products and personalized readings. Because of the nature of these goods, our refund policy differs from a typical physical-product store. Please read the terms below before purchasing.
Digital Products (Journals, Protocols, Bundles, Downloads)
Due to the instant and irrevocable access granted upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where the file is defective, corrupted, or does not match its description. If you experience an access or download issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@stellavorta.com and we will make it right.
Readings & Sessions
If you need to reschedule a booked reading, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will find a new time at no extra cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. Once a reading has been delivered (live or recorded), it is considered complete and is non-refundable.
Exceptions
We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something went wrong on our end â a billing error, a technical failure, or a product that doesn’t match its listing â reach out and we’ll resolve it, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.
